As we draw closer to the end of the year, changes are afoot. One of the many things to enjoy is the emphasis on the Chinese zodiac. The animals of the Chinese zodiac can make great totems and allies in magick. Here are a few fun chants to go along with a few of them.
Rat: Find lost item
Beady eyes,
Scaley tail,
Find my (item you have lost),
That is out there.
Boar: To help see the truth
Tender boar,
Muddied beast,
Sniffing past the empty verse,
Through the lies,
Strip away the honeyed words.
Dog: to cut strings with bad friends
Friends that will betray,
protect me from their falsety.
